AK Resourcing in conjunction with our client are seeking a Rolling Stock Maintenance Trainer to instruct in their state of the art facility in Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will aid in the instruction of employees, both in house and on-site, as well as refreshing the Training Materials and procedures for the RSM department.
Description:
As part of this position the Trainer must have a positive attitude, document all training, provide assessment with employee and keep certification up to date.They will also plan future training with the department director and training manager, as well as being rules and safety oriented and project safety aware.
Qualifications & Experience:
-15 years experience in the rail Industry
-Electrical or Mechanical background and/or college certification
-Previous Experience in a Mechanical Training capacity with a Class 1 Railway.
-Word & Power Point Proficiency
